"I always handle all of my travel plans and am pretty good at finding the deals. I decided to see what a TA could do that I might not be able to, for a cruise that I was planning. My first experience with a different agent was just awful...then I found KATIE! Not only did she help me fix the previous bad situation, but she went above and beyond to help find discounts and deals for me, that I would otherwise never have known about. That was a couple months ago. Then, yesterday she let me know that she found ANOTHER deep discount that she was gonna get applied to my cruise....and DID!! I love that she’s fully invested in giving her clients the best service available and it doesn’t end with the booking! She will continue to follow up, checking for changes and deals and be available for any questions and concerns right up to and beyond travel day. The time she has saved me waiting in phone lines with the cruise line alone is worth it’s “wait” in gold!! I know now that, though I am pretty good at seeking out some good vacation deals, the big jobs are best left to the professionals. Thank you KATIE MAY! I’ve known Katie for 10 years or so, so I know what an honest, kind and caring person she is. This translates perfectly into being a travel agent, because she genuinely wants to help. She has helped my family with two cruises and she looks out for deals and immediately tells me when we can get a discount or cabin upgrade on an already booked cruise. I thought I was a deal hunter, but Katie beats me hands down!! Thank you Katie!!!!
